Salty Saturday... a dash of love

You walk away

Without a glance

afar 

I stand

waiting patiently

frozen

Empty stares and glares

Passerby throw

freely

I sit

tired and weary

hopeful

You come running

excitement I see 

glowing

I rise tall 

only to tumble 

grounded

You come crashing 

hugs and love

engulf

Ah, I love you too 

breaking away

silence

Ah how i long

for those beautiful eyes

you

Black with white patches

all of 5yrs 

mine............. :-) 

These words are for my sweetheart, Floppy [ incase you dont know who this is, He is my doggie, more than just a dog, he is a friend, my confidante and my lover boy]. Everytime I get back home, he gives me the biggest smile, a few minutes of whining[complaints] and lots of love.. 

Wonder what I would do if he wasnt around... :-)
