Othello ...

Something exciting happened with me a couple of days back and wanted to share with you all--

Had been to watch Othello[by Can&Abel,from Delhi,which was part of the MetroPlus theater festival happening here in Chennai] on Sunday,14th Aug, with mom, and they announced a contest saying whoever writes the most interesting Review and sms's it before midnight gets a chance to win Rs1000 from Airtel...

So i got home and got down to penning something interesting and yet that which summarised the play and my take on the same...

Here is what i wrote and Guess what..I WON..yipeee!!! hahahaha ...

Wrath,passion & wit
Grace,jealousy & compassion
alive they came tonight
actor & director in tow

"Othello with a twist",is
how i'd describe it
am sure with me
Shakespeare would agree

An evening of fun
where time flew by in a whizz
"Encore" i wanted to scream
for i know, this is as good as it gets ;o)
